LINK
is a Life Skills Training and Support Program for youth age 16-21
who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
LINK will help youth with the transition into Independent Living.

LINK
helps homeless youth in four ways:
TRANSITIONAL
HOUSING PROGRAM :
LINK
has rental assistance funds for youth age 18-21 who qualify. See
a LINK Case Manager for more information.
PEER
SUPPORT GROUP:
Once
per month we offer a support group so that youth who are
struggling with issues of homelessness can share with their
peers.
LIFE
SKILLS GROUP -
Thursdays,
4:00-5:30PM
Everything
you need to know about living on your own is covered in
this 12 week course. Topics include: landlord/tenant rights,
money management, employment seeking skills.
CASE
MANAGEMENT:
Working
one-on-one with a Case Manager to identify the areas
of your life that need strengthening. We can help you
with apartment hunting and job search and hook you up
with other resources in the community.
