Member Services

Member Access - The Welcome Center is located immediately inside the entrance to the Y is designed to expedite member access. You will need to present your membership card each time you enter the facility. Non-members will need to purchase a daily pass from the Welcome Center, and passes are only available during certain times of the day.

Welcome Center - The Welcome Center has staff on duty at all times that can answer your questions and provide you with any information you may need to make the most out of your YMCA Membership. The Welcome Center staff can assist you with program registrations, membership sign-ups, membership changes, payments, snacks, towel service, rental equipment, and much more!

Equipment Rental and Retail Purchases - All of your needs can be met at the Y Welcome Center. You can reserve racquetball courts at the Welcome Center, as well as check out equipment such as basketballs, volleyballs, racquetball equipment, etc. The Y Welcome Center also sells retail items such as racquetball supplies, swimming supplies, socks, and clothing. Towels are available for rental at the Welcome Center for $.50 or you can purchase a Towel Card for $5.00, offering you 20 towel rentals at a discount price of $.25 each. Padlocks should be used in all locker rooms, should you forget your padlock, you can rent one from the Welcome Center for $.50 each. If you would rather purchase a padlock, you can do that for $7.00. A courtesy phone is also available at the Y Welcome Center should you need to make a phone call while at the Y.

Pool Lobby - Located on the 1st floor, provides our members with a great view of the pool area and a place to relax and enjoy other members company. Vending machines are available in this area of the YMCA also.
