Online Program Registration can be used for most Rochester Area Family Y programs.

  • Current Y Members and Program Participants
  • First Time Users
    • Follow instructions as above to search for your record.
    • Once you are not found, it will give you the option to create a record.
    • You cannot sign up for membership online!
    • You will need to call or visit the YMCA to register if you should receive any type of discount (scholarship, staff, credit on account, or a coupon)
    • If you are currently a Y Member, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT if the system does not find you when you hit the "FIND ME" button. You must call the YMCA to be sure we have the correct information on file. You must do this to get your member discount if the database does not find you when you search.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only given in certain situations. A refund needs to be approved by the YMCA Program Director. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 10% in some situtations. Click here to determine the appropriate Y Staff Person to contact about a refund.

The YMCA may contract with third party companies to provide web services on our behalf. The YMCA may need to provide personal information about you only as related to those services. The YMCA online registration process protects members' credit card and personal information using a secure transmission via SSL. The YMCA's security protocols are in place protect member's confidentiality and personal data from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss. YMCA members' personal data will not be disclosed to state institutions and authorities unless required by law or other regulation.
