KETTLE BELLS CLASSES & BOOT CAMP ARE BACK THIS FALL!

Are you ready for a challenge this fall that will take your workout to the next level? The Rochester Area Family YMCA is offering new sessions of Kettle Bells, Boot Camp Foundations, and even an advanced Boot Camp - "Kick It Up A Notch". THE BIG PARTY DOWNTOWN

Reserve your spot to attend this special fundraising event to benefit three local mentoring organizations - Y Mentors, Boys & Girls Club, and Bolder Options. Entertainment for adults only includes music, food and drink, casino games, prizes, store specials, and more! This event offers registration at $30.00 per person or a VIP spot for $50.00 per person to be included in the VIP Reception. The exclusive VIP Reception will be held from 6:00pm-7:00pm and the main event will follow from 7:00pm-10:00pm at the Shops at University Square. Register online today! FALL YOUTH SPORTS ARE STARTING SOON...

Get ready for some fun! Fall youth sports are a great way to spend time with your child. At the Y, our Youth Sports Philosophy is that everybody plays, and everybody wins. This fall the Rochester Area Family YMCA will have Flag Football, Soccer, Karate, and Small Stuff Sports. Learn more about sports programs in our current brochure or visit our Youth Programs page. Programs begin September 11th for the first Fall Session, and as always you can register online.

PRESCHOOL DANCE FALL SESSIONS

This class is for children ages 4-5 and focuses on creative movement, rhythm, dynamics, and the use of fun props. Flexibility and fundamental positions will be included. Learn more specifics about this program in our fall brochure or visit our Youth Programs page. The fall session begins on September 14th and this class is offered on Tuesdays, 1:10pm-1:40pm. Registration is now available online!

WHY WEIGHT? WEIGHT LOSS SUPPORT GROUP

Jen Brewer, the Y's Nutritionist, will be holding another 16 week Weight Management course, September 14th-December 21st. This class will be held on Tuesdays, 12:00pm-1:00pm. This course will teach you how to take control of your weight once and for all. Our registered dietician will provide you with all the tools you need to reach your wellness vision. Registration is now available online for this program and space is limited.

PRE-TEEN CIRCUIT CHALLENGE

This program gives youth the opportunity to work with our trainers and learn how to make fitness fun. This is not just a program that teaches youth to use the fitness center equipment. Youth will learn sports drills and skills, intervals, games, core strength exercises, and medicine ball workouts. This program combines varied activities, fitness, nutritional information, motivation, and lots of fun. This is the only time that children under 13 are allowed in the fitness center. There are two sessions of this program with the first starting on September 14th, Tuesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Check out our online registration portal to register.

PARENT'S DATE NIGHT

Drop the kids off at the Y and enjoy an evening out on the town! Your kids will enjoy making a craft , eating a healthy snack, playing gym games, and watching a movie. This program is offered once a month check the online registration portal for upcoming dates! A DAY AT TWEITE'S PUMPKIN PATCH

Join us on Sunday, September 26th, 12:00pm-5:30pm at Tweite's Pumpkin Patch for a day of family fun. Are you ready to challenge your skills in the corn maze? How about visit the Enchanted Forest, Dino Dig, Dodge City, Pumpkinville, Harvest Town, Back Forty, and Storybook Land? Let's spend a day together enjoying the fall weather at the pumpkin patch. Discount tickets will be available to our members for this fun family event!

RACQUETBALL PLAYERS CAN STAY BUSY THIS FALL AT THE Y!
